1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Keedsmover's delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Keedsmover provides delivery and courier services within the Klang Valley area. Our services include:

• Same-day delivery services
• Scheduled delivery services
• Real-time package tracking
• E-commerce integration solutions

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from delivery:

• Illegal substances and contraband
• Hazardous materials and explosives
• Perishable goods without proper packaging
• Live animals
• Cash and negotiable instruments
• Items exceeding weight/size limits

4. Pricing and Payment

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, package size, and service type. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change. Payment must be made before or upon delivery as specified.

5. Liability

Keedsmover's liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value of the package, up to a maximum of RM500 unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before pickup without charge. Cancellations after pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
